Beginning May 18, 2007, we are Ascend, a reflection of our commitment to ascend to the highest levels of quality healthcare management and representing our change in ownership structure. We are excited to announce that our senior management team, who were founders/minority owners of Ascend's Healthcare Management Division, has purchased the Division from Ascend.
