Message from DHHS:
Compliance reports indicate providers are not transmitting Level I screens and receiving Ascend confirmation prior to admission to a NF certified bed. A list of non-compliant providers is being sent to Medicaid and to the LTC Survey and Inspection teams each month. Non-compliance with PASRR preadmission screening process will produce survey compliance issues and will cost the NF Medicaid reimbursement.
