The PASRR website is online for facilities that have tested and are ready to go live with online Level I submissions. If you experience any difficulty with login, please contact Rob Lepley rlepley@ascendami.com

At this time, the website will continue to be temporarily down for all other facilities. Until notice is given that the website has been re-established, ALL hospitals and providers are to resume previous procedures, that were in place with the Alternate Care Unit prior to February 1st. All reviews that have been faxed, entered or submitted into Webstars will be processed by Ascend.

ABH will no longer be involved in the Level II process starting February 1st. Any and all Level II questions should be directed to Ascend.

To register as a web Supervisor for your facility go to Supervisor Tools. After logging in, Supervisors can add additional web users by clicking the add user tab. If you registered through the onsite training registration and are going to be the facility web supervisor, please contact Ascend. You must be activated as a web supervisor before you can add additional users. For assistance call: 877.431.1388 ext 3281.


PASRR Tip of the Month

  • All admissions to a Medicaid certified nursing home require a PASRR Level I screening. Failure to complete the screening prior to admission results in the facility being out of compliance, as per federal PASRR requirements.
